A leading consulting company in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to collaborate on innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, excellent communication skills, and a positive customer orientation. Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Technical knowledge in the Banking sector both online and batch.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• PM certification (PMP or IPMA C) preferred.
• Experience with software certification streams is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teams to implement projects.
• Create project plans including schedules and budgets.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Estimate costs and manage budgets allocated to projects.
• Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are executed as planned.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders; manage risks and issues.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and promote continuous improvement.
• Formalize project acceptance with stakeholders and release resources.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and implement projects;
• Create detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource needs;
• Align project deliverables and dependencies with program management;
• Estimate costs and manage allocated budgets;
• Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are executed according to plan;
• Manage communication between team members, stakeholders, and program management;
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders;
• Track project performance against the plan;
• Identify risks and impacts, proactively addressing issues;
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and promote continuous improvement;
• Conduct final reviews to assess performance and document lessons learned;
• Formalize project acceptance with stakeholders and release or reallocate resources;
• Ultimately, ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget;
• Hybrid Work Model.

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management;
• Technical knowledge in the Banking sector both online and batch;
• Project management certification (PMP, IPMA C, or equivalent) is preferred;
• Valued: experience in software certification streams;
• Strong customer orientation and ability to create business value;
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and stakeholder management;
• Strong planning and organizational skills;

• Experience with project/portfolio management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
