Sysmatch in Lisbon is seeking an Endpoint & Workplace Services Team Leader to drive EUC and UCC initiatives in a hybrid environment. You will lead the EUC and UCC teams, shape endpoint strategy, and ensure service quality across international stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in endpoint engineering with leadership experience, strong expertise in Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and security technologies, plus a track record of delivering automation and governance improvements.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in endpoint engineering, architecture and support.
• 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, SCCM and endpoint security.
• Experience with packaging (MSI/MSIX) and deployment automation.
• Experience with Nexthink or similar DEX platforms and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English at B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EUC and UCC teams, manage workload, performance, on-call coverage.
• Act as final escalation for endpoints, collaboration platforms, security and deployment.
• Define endpoint architecture and security baselines.
• Drive endpoint security, governance and automation initiatives.
• Oversee CMDB accuracy, vendor management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure SLA compliance.
