Acolad Group is seeking a people-first leader to guide engineers building world-class AI systems and data products. You will coach and support the team, keep day-to-day work moving and visible, and align across squads and stakeholders so engineers can do their best work.

This role combines people leadership with technical depth in AI and engineering, earning the team's trust and energizing a technical team to collaborate effectively.

Qualificações

• People leadership track record: coaching, mentoring, 1:1s, and building psychological safety in technical teams.
• Technical fluency in AI, data, and engineering: understand system design, AI/ML workflows, infrastructure, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Delivery and operational experience: running lean and agile cadence, intake, tracking, and unblocking in an agile environment.
• Cross-functional alignment across squads and stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Strong written communicator: clear writing over unnecessary meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Coach, mentor, listen, and support each team member; foster psychological safety.
• Organize how the team ships with lean, agile cadence.
• Align squads, tech staff, and stakeholders on priorities, status, and dependencies.
• Identify blockers early, renegotiate when needed, and protect the team.
• Monitor workload and energy to prevent burnout.
• Escalate architectural or strategy issues with context and recommendations.
