Pleo is building AI-powered product features, collaborating across Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to transform data into real product value. You will own the AI feature lifecycle and contribute to scalable, production-ready systems.

We seek strong Python engineers with hands-on RAG design experience, vector databases, and API/data retrieval expertise to shape the future of AI-enabled spend tech at Pleo.

Qualificações

• Proven experience shipping customer-facing AI features.
• End-to-end AI product lifecycle from prototype to production.
• Strong Python production-grade coding practices and testing.
• Experience with retrieval pipelines, embeddings and vector stores.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship AI-powered product features end-to-end for customers.
• Design end-to-end RAG systems for specific product use cases.
• Own the AI-product lifecycle: prompts, context/state management, loops, deployment.
• Create evaluation datasets and pipelines to validate AI quality.
• Instrument features for observability: logging, drift detection, alerts.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to scope AI features from first principles.
• Work with GenAI Platform to identify infra needs and tooling adoption.
• Provide technical leadership and peer reviews across projects.
