Infineon Technologies AG offers an 12-month professional internship focusing on HR support, with contract duration and responsibilities across the employee lifecycle. You will assist HR partners, drive process improvements, and ensure policy compliance while collaborating with HR teams across multiple sites in Portugal.

The role requires proactive customers service mindset, German B1 and English, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, global semiconductor environment.

Key responsibilities in your new role

In this professional internship opportunity, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months, you will:

• Administrative Support: Provide support to HR Business Partners with administrative processes within the employee lifecycle; Administer HR-related matters (e.g., working time topics, contract management, reference letters)
• Process Improvement & Digitalization: Initiate process improvements and support the digitalization of HR processes
• Requirements Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
• Communication & Collaboration: Share and exchange information with all levels of management; Collaborate closely with HR counterparts across multiple locations

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

You have a proactive personality and good communication skills, willing to actively support and cooperate with your team members. Besides, you are a fast learner, eager to develop your knowledge, and you have a strong customer orientation focus.

• Education: A degree ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages, or a similar field
• Tools: Good command of Microsoft Office; Affinity towards digital tools
• Working Style: You take responsibility and focus on providing a high-quality service to internal customers; You structure your own work within the team and collaborate with all levels of management
• Language Skills: Good communication skills in German B1 and English (mandatory)
