Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is offering a 12-month professional internship in Porto, Portugal. You will join the Global Talent Marketing team to shape how Infineon attracts top talent worldwide.

You will work on dashboards, alumni engagement, content updates, and global campaigns for professionals, driving innovation in employer branding. We seek a curious, proactive candidate with a degree in Marketing or related fields, strong project management, and fluency in English.

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent field.

Key responsibilities in your new role

Our Global Talent Marketing team shapes how talent around the world experiences Infineon as an employer through targeted employer branding and marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and inspire top talent while supporting Infineon’s hiring ambitions worldwide. Join us for a 12-month professional internship and gain hands-on experience in global projects where you can contribute your own ideas, drive innovation, and help shape the future of talent attraction.

• Analytics & Strategy: Support the further development of our global Key Function approach for the Professional target group by maintaining key dashboards, tracking relevant KPIs, and deriving insights that help us continuously optimize our talent attraction strategies
• Alumni Project: Contribute to our Alumni Project by helping build and nurture our alumni network, creating engaging communication initiatives, and strengthening relationships with former employees to support future hiring opportunities
• Content Support: Support in keeping our target group strategy and content portfolio for Professionals up to date. You will help create compelling content, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring fresh ideas to elevate our employer brand further
• Global Campaigns & Talent Attraction: Work closely with the Global Target Group Owner for Professionals on global campaigns, strategic talent attraction initiatives, and targeted hiring pushes for critical business areas and growing markets
• Market Research & Innovation: Research market trends, candidate expectations, emerging technologies, and talent marketing best practices. You will translate your findings into innovative ideas and recommendations that help Infineon stay ahead in attracting top talent
• Employer Branding Initiatives: Support a variety of employer branding and talent marketing initiatives across topics such as Diversity & Inclusion

You are curious, proactive and excited about shaping how global talent perceives Infineon as an employer. You enjoy working in an international environment, combining creativity with data-driven decision-making, and are motivated by turning ideas into impactful initiatives.

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Media and Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent field
• Working Style: Structured working style and project management affinity combined with stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions, cultures and geographies
• Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: An analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with data, KPIs, and performance insights
• AI & Digital Innovation: An affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital innovation, with curiosity about how emerging technologies can enhance marketing, communication, and talent attraction activities
• Employer Branding and Talent Attraction: A strong interest in Employer Branding and Brand Governance. Passion for storytelling and creating meaningful candidate experiences
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, written and spoken
