Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Portugal seeks an experienced leader to drive cross‑functional, large‑scale order‑management transformation programs across multiple regions.

You will guide system design, integration, and rollout for core OMS capabilities including inventory, returns, and fulfillment orchestration. The role requires hands‑on OMS delivery, coordinating with product, architecture, and delivery leads, and mentoring teams on OMS practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-region order-management transformations.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex OMS implementations with commerce, warehouse and logistics systems.
• Strong understanding of API‑driven architectures and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end OMS delivery for multi‑region commerce transformation programs.
• Coordinate design, configuration, and rollout of an enterprise OMS platform across teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery leads to define scope and approach.
• Oversee integration with commerce, payment, warehouse, logistics, and customer service systems.
• Mentor teams on OMS practices and manage risk, issues, and status reporting.
