Job summary

Prophix is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to own end-to-end FP&A and CPM implementations for enterprise clients across the EMEA region. You will lead discovery, design, configuration, and training, coordinating with CFOs and finance leaders to deliver scalable Prophix One solutions.

The role emphasizes independent delivery, client training, and ongoing support post go-live, with opportunities to mentor others and influence internal best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or finance systems
• Experience delivering complex FP&A/CPM implementations end-to-end
• Strong GAAP and FP&A process knowledge
• Excellent Excel modelling and data analysis skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships with senior stakeholders
• Travel up to international destinations may be required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FP&A/CPM implementations for enterprise clients
• Run discovery sessions and design workshops independently
• Own delivery quality, timelines and commercial outcomes
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with risk mitigation
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal improvements
• Embed AI-assisted workflows to improve delivery efficiency
