European Investment Bank in Portugal is seeking a Regional Project Portfolio Analyst to support the regional PMO, coordinating with France and local PMOs across Europe. You will oversee a portfolio of projects, drive reporting, and ensure timely execution while fostering cross-country collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO or similar roles, strong finance analytics, and fluency in English; knowledge of French/Portuguese is a plus. Travel across Portugal and Europe is possible.

• At least 5 years' experience as PMO or in similar roles.
• Analytical skills on finance.
• Pragmatic & solution oriented.

• Pro-active & collaborative, with regional teams and PMOs.
• Right to challenge & defend regional position.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• French and Portuguese are a plus.
• Very good MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.

Mansioni

• Guarantee the quality of execution of our project portfolio in coordination with his/her manager.
• Ensure regional overall portfolio follow-up: budget, risk and schedule.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring budgets and schedules are followed; raise alerts as needed.
• Implement portfolio reporting (workload plan, KPIs) and present committees.
• Organize and present the quarterly Project Portfolio Review Board (PRB) to EMEA management bodies.
• Proactively improve processes and tools to automate and simplify portfolio reporting.
