Job summary

Bruker Global Business Services Center in Porto, Portugal is seeking a PMO Analyst to deliver portfolio analytics, governance support and executive reporting across Finance, BPO and GBS projects. You will own the consolidated portfolio dashboard, support intake and stage-gate processes, and ensure data quality with AI-assisted tooling.

Reporting to the Director, GBS Transformation, you will reconcile data, produce concise management materials, and coach teams on PMO methods and standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, analytics or related discipline.
• 4-5 years PMO, portfolio analytics, finance, consulting or project-controls experience.
• Advanced hands-on Excel and Power BI skills.
• Recent experience with enterprise project or portfolio tools.
• Ability to translate project information into concise executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated portfolio dashboard, project status calendar and reporting pack.
• Analyze schedule, resource, budget, dependencies, risks and benefits data.
• Prepare CFO/ELT materials with clear messages and evidence.
• Maintain RAID, interdependencies and benefits trackers across projects.
• Ensure data quality and governance across project reporting.
