Job summary

Bruker Global Business Services Center in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a PMO Analyst to provide portfolio analytics, governance support, and executive reporting across Finance, BPO and GBS projects.

You will own the consolidated dashboard, analyze data, prepare CFO/ELT materials, and enable an AI-supported PMO operating model using Microsoft 365 Copilot. Ensure data quality and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics or related discipline.
• 4-5 years PMO, portfolio analytics, finance, consulting or project-controls experience.
• Advanced hands-on Excel and Power BI skills; capable of executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated portfolio dashboard, project status calendar and reporting pack.
• Analyze schedule, resource, budget, risks and benefits data; highlight trends.
• Prepare CFO/ELT materials with clear messages and evidence.
• Administer intake, prioritization, stage-gate, and portfolio review routines.
• Maintain RAID, interdependencies, resource demand and benefits trackers.
