What You Will Do

• Implement and handle preventive maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
• Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
• Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
• Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
• Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.

What You Bring

• One to two years of previous experience.
• Technical training or certification in Electromechanics, Maintenance or a related field (recognized in the EU).
• Ability to read, write and understand mechanical and electrical symbolisms to interpret blueprints, schematics, and specification.
• Experienced in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical system.
• Knowledge to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, electrical panels, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Ability to respond promptly to technical issues to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Ability to support general maintenance tasks when required.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation controls valued.
• Attention to detail and proactivity in identifying faults before they impact operations.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Maintenance team and other departments.
• Fluent level of Portuguese required; English language skills preferred.
• Previous hotel or luxury brand experience preferred.
• Must hold authorization to work in a European country.
• Have the ability to demonstrate your unique personality and service style while achieving the brand standards that make us Four Seasons.
