Four Seasons in Lisbon is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will craft and serve wines, spirits, and cocktails, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will join a dedicated team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure flawless service, handle guest requests with urgency, and maintain high standards of care and attention to detail in a vibrant hotel environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Passion for service; flexible with schedule and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in an European country.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
• Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest requests.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

About The Role

We are looking for a Bartender to join our Team in Lisbon!

What You Will Do
