Quadrante, based in Porto, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Coordination division within the Energy Business Unit from our Porto office. You will oversee national and international energy projects across wind, solar, energy storage, hydrogen, and more, driving planning and execution from inception to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Pre-Bologna Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of PM experience, strong English, and proven leadership, scheduling, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar PM roles.
• Experience managing projects across energy domains including power generation and transmission, raw materials, or industrial energy.
• Proven track record in project management, with team leadership, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Energy Business Unit by recruiting a Project Manager for the Coordinationdivision, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the various disciplines involved in Energy projects (such power plants (wind, solar, energy storage) or transmission & distribution or raw materials or industrial energy solutions such as hydrogen and biofuels)
• Efficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needs
• Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables
• Maintain close relationships with clients and their representatives
• Identify and support new business development opportunities

Profile:

• Pre-Bologna Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in additional languages (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience managing projects across power generation, transmission & distribution, raw materials, or industrial energy
• Proven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
