Quadrante, based in Porto, seeks an Electrical Engineer (Expert) to lead electrical installation projects and related systems. The role focuses on designing Electrical Installations, Telecommunications, Security Systems, and BMS across national and international projects from the Porto office.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in electrical installation projects, with leadership experience and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of REVIT valued.
• Strong leadership and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting an Electrical Engineer (Expert) for the Electrical Installations division, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design of Electrical Installations, Telecommunications, Security Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Ensure compliance with project deadlines
• Develop efficient technical solutions tailored to client needs, calculated and dimensioned according to applicable regulations
• Plan work activities and monitor team productivity, ensuring high levels of profitability
• Manage and supervise the assigned team, promoting the professional development of its members
• Develop tools, methodologies, and best practices that improve the division’s productivity and results

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical installation projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of REVIT will be valued
• Experience in leadership roles and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to different types of projects
• Good communication skills and team spirit
