Quadrante, based in Porto, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Coordination division within the Energy Business Unit from our Porto office. You will oversee national and international energy projects across wind, solar, energy storage, hydrogen, and more, driving planning and execution from inception to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Pre-Bologna Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of PM experience, strong English, and proven leadership, scheduling, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar PM roles.
• Experience managing projects across energy domains including power generation and transmission, raw materials, or industrial energy.
• Proven track record in project management, with team leadership, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the disciplines involved in Energy projects (e.g., wind, solar, energy storage, hydrogen).
• Efficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needs.
• Ensure the technical quality of final project deliverables.
• Maintain close relationships with clients and their representatives.
• Identify and support new business development opportunities.
