Cross Border Talents is hiring a Content Reviewer in Lisbon to review and assess content across an e-commerce marketplace, ensuring listings, images, and reviews meet platform standards and regulations. This role emphasizes safety, trust, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate speaks Hungarian (C1/C2) and English (B2), holds EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and has 0–1 year of moderation or related analytical experience.

Qualificações

• 0–1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Mindset: objective, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review product listings, descriptions, images, customer reviews, and other marketplace content for compliance with policies and quality standards.
• Detect and take action on prohibited, deceptive, fraudulent, or low-quality content that could affect user experience.
• Apply content moderation guidelines consistently and make accurate, objective decisions.
• Monitor seller- and customer-generated content to protect marketplace integrity and user trust.
• Escalate complex, high-risk cases according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling high content volumes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support platform safety and regulatory compliance.
• Achieve defined performance targets related to quality, productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Stay updated with platform policies and industry developments.
• Share feedback to improve moderation processes and tools.
