MGM Muthu Hotels in Portugal is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to support our online operations across hospitality platforms.

You will upload product listings, coordinate inventory and pricing, process orders, and assist content updates to enhance the customer experience.

Qualificações

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our online operations. This role involves assisting with product uploads, content management, inventory coordination, order processing, and optimizing the customer experience across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and pricing across all channels
• Support daily order processing and liaise with relevant teams
• Assist with content management and updates across digital platforms

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting tools
• Understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus
• Fluency in multiple languages
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
