Job summary

KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Dynatrace Engineer to administer and optimize our Dynatrace monitoring platform across client environments. You will configure application and middleware monitoring and develop dashboards to provide clear insight into system health and performance.

You will work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, collaborate with international teams, handle incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement through fine-tuning and proactive monitoring practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration.
• Proven experience with Dynatrace fine-tuning and dashboard development.
• Good understanding of application and middleware monitoring.
• Knowledge of Splunk.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Dynatrace monitoring platform.
• Configure and support application and middleware monitoring.
• Design, maintain, and improve Dynatrace dashboards and monitoring views.
• Handle support requests and monitoring-related incidents.
