Geotab is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and external partner products. You will collaborate with partners, customers, sales, and internal teams through phone, chat, and email while maintaining a strong technical aptitude and data-oriented mindset.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service and a background in engineering, CS, or related fields, with knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript,

Qualificações

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a customer service/support capacity and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for Geotab hardware and software products (e.g., GO devices) and the MyGeotab platform.
• Provide support to partners, customers, and internal teams via phone, chat, and email.
• Coordinate with internal departments on device issues, installation, and configuration.
