What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

Provide customer care and technical support across Dutch markets.

Assist via phone, email, chat, and SMS, ensuring accurate order management and regulatory compliance.

Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support while following established procedures and safety standards.

Health Insurance:

Private health insurance is provided from day one of employment. Please note that candidates must already have a NIF and NISS. If not, these must be obtained in advance, as they are mandatory for health insurance registration.
