Atlean World is offering a great work experience in Lisbon, Portugal for a role as a Dutch Fashion Support Agent. You will answer customer questions by phone, chat and email, solve problems, and ensure service quality while logging interactions in our systems.

The role requires fluent Dutch and strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to relocate to Portugal. Expect a renewable fixed-term contract and opportunities to grow with a global brand.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal record
• B2+ English level
• Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã)
