Atlean World, a multinational HR SaaS consultant, is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional to support users across banking, investments, and account management. You will follow strict compliance, provide clear, friendly assistance, and work across multiple channels.

Qualificações

• Native or advanced level of Dutch.
• B2 or higher level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with questions about banking, payments, cards, investments and account management.
• Provide clear answers and solutions, following the client's procedures and compliance rules.
• Troubleshoot issues such as card problems, transactions, app access or account updates.
• Escalate complex cases to the correct internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high service quality with an empathetic, professional tone and meet defined performance metrics.

Requirements

• Native or advanced level of Dutch
• B2 or higher level of English
