Multilingual Jobs Worldwide in Porto is seeking Dutch-speaking Technical Support Agents to join an international software provider. You will assist customers across phone, ticket, and chat, guiding them through the software and its features.

This permanent role offers a salary of €28,000–€35,000 per year plus €2,400 net yearly meal allowances. It follows a hybrid model with three days in the Porto office and two days at home, plus optional remote work outside Portugal up to 40 days annually.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch, spoken and written at C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Solid customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre or fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with supporting customers by phone and across multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Assist existing customers with enquiries by phone, ticket, and chat.
• Guide customers through the software and showcase features.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate opportunities to Sales.
• Investigate issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to maintain a high level of service.
