You will demo the platform online, identify customer needs, and forward them to Sales, working closely with the support team to ensure top-tier service. The role requires relocation to Porto or being based locally, and offers hybrid work with onboarding at HQ.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2) proficient.
• University degree in economics or relevant vocational training preferred.
• Solid customer service experience, ideally in a call centre.
• Willingness to relocate to Porto or be based there.

Responsabilidades

• Support existing customers with technical and accounting issues via phone, ticket, and chat.
• Demonstrate software solutions to customers through online demos; show how features resolve IT challenges.
• Identify customer needs and forward requests to Sales.
• Collaborate with Customer Support team to deliver best-in-class experiences.
