Adecco Recursos Humanos in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Supply Management Assistant who speaks Dutch to join our procurement operations team. The role focuses on supplier management, contract administration, and stakeholder support to keep procurement processes smooth and efficient.

You will act as a primary contact for new supplier requests, support onboarding, review documents, and maintain supplier records.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch and English written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data, reports, pivot tables is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for new supplier requests.
• Support onboarding and qualification of suppliers.
• Review supplier information and certifications.
• Maintain and update supplier records.
• Follow up with suppliers and stakeholders to complete actions.
• Create reports and provide status updates to procurement team.
• Manage user access and provide system support.
• Generate reports and track contract lifecycle activities.
• Assist with contract uploads and audit support.
