CloserHire is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal to support clients with insurance policies, handle inquiries and manage policy changes. The role involves calls, chats, emails, and document handling in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2) with strong communication skills, and has prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets
