About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you'll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

What you'll do
