CB Talents is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon, on-site, with a Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00 schedule. You will act as a brand ambassador, handling orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics, while assisting customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements include native Dutch or C1/C2, good English for team communication, and a calm, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach. The role emphasizes quality over quantity within a premium environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Be the Expert: Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat with machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Manage the Journey: Oversee orders, subscriptions, and delivery logistics, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Problem Solve: Coordinate with technical teams to provide swift, accurate solutions.
• Connect: Build rapport with customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's premium reputation.
