WW Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across markets. The role requires Dutch fluency and English at C1 level, with a 24/7 shift pattern in a multinational team.

You will manage information across products and processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service quality in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation support is offered for relocating candidates.

Job description

LOCATION:

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
