Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers and insurance brokers in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact by phone and email, explaining insurance products and policy details with a professional, friendly approach.

On-site in Lisbon, you will work in shifts between 07:30 and 20:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. A welcome bonus and performance bonuses are provided along with a daily meal allowance.

Qualificações

Fluent or native-level Dutch.
Customer service experience, insurance sector preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

Handle customer inquiries by phone and email.
Explain insurance products, policy details and coverage.
Assist customers with policy-related requests (e.g., cancellations).
Direct brokers to information or support as needed.
Manage inbound and outbound calls and follow up on requests.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
Explain insurance products, policy details and coverage.
Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations.
Direct insurance brokers to the appropriate information or support.
Manage inbound and outbound calls and follow up on customer requests.
Maintain a friendly, professional and calm approach, including in challenging situations.
Native-level or fluent Dutch and strong English.
Customer service experience; insurance-sector experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to remain calm, organised and effective under pressure.
