Qualificações

• Native or near-native level of Dutch (C2).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

What will you do?

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
• Answer questions regarding warranty coverage
• Support customers with issues related to home appliances
• Provide professional and customer-focused service
• Accurately manage customer cases and follow up when needed

What are we looking for?
