Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Customer Support Agent for a Dutch-speaking team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them quickly and leaving them satisfied, while supporting a premium coffee brand. Start date is 21 October 2026.

The role is on-site with hybrid options after three months, working Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00, on a full-time contract. A monthly gross salary of €1,400 plus a €100 performance bonus and a €150 language bonus are

We are recruiting a Customer Support Agent to join a Dutch-speaking team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Working Conditions:

• Work model: On-Site
• Hybrid after the first 3 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: €1,400 gross per month (paid 14 times a year)
• Performance bonus: €100
• Language bonus: €150
