Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for a leading social media platform. You will moderate Dutch content and communicate with users in Dutch and English to maintain a respectful online environment.

The role includes a 10-day training block, a 12-month initial contract with up to two renewals, and potential permanent employment after three years. Relocation and accommodation support, plus private health insurance after signing, are provided.

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch speaking Content Moderator for a project of a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Job

Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring competent content moderation in our facilities inLisbon, Portugal.

Activities

• Content Moderation for Dutch content.
• Written contact with customers in Dutch, as well as in English.
• Remove and delete inappropriate content.
• Content Management, to avoid cyber crime.
• Make sure content corresponds to ethical standards.
• Remove and delete content like hate message, cyber bullying, terror and animal abuse

Procedure

The training period is 10 days for9 hours per day. During the training you will receive an insight into your future work field whichwill include:

• Integration into the Portugal team;
• Training for new computer software programs;
• Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client;
• On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.
• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months;
• Up to two contract renewals with a duration of 12 months;
• Permanent employment contract after 3 years;
• Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
