Overview

We are looking for Dutch Junior Social Media Content Moderators to start their career in Digital Marketing and Online Advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email and phone
• Consult B2B clients on optimization procedures for their advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products
• Offer recommendations to common B2B problems or frequently asked questions
• Maintain and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
• Provide customer insights and feedback from our B2B clients to engineering

Qualifications

• Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
• Advanced level of English both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
• Ability to evaluate customer complaints, assess alternatives, and make solid, consistent decisions and/or recommendations as required
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Experience with online advertising products and social media will be considered a plus
• Must hold EU citizenship
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 1050€ gross/month (12 payments) plus paid accommodation and expenses (water, electricity, internet, cleaning services) or 1300€ gross/month (12 payments) without accommodation.
