WW Talents seeks a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to support SMEs for a global industry leader. The role emphasizes outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, with a focus on qualifying opportunities rather than closing every deal.

Based in Athens, on-site, you will work in an international team, using a CRM to manage contacts and KPIs. The position offers €1,400 gross per month for 14 months, plus a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive relocation package.

Qualificações

• Dutch level at C1.
• Business English at C1.
• Experience in sales, customer service or BD preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospective and existing business customers via outbound calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand business needs.
• Present cloud products and upgrades.
• Educate customers on benefits of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth.
• Use CRM to manage leads and interactions.
• Meet KPIs and sales targets.
