Linde Global Services in Porto seeks an Account Manager fluent in Dutch to drive revenue through strategic account development and outbound engagement with customers across the portfolio.

You will use Connect CRM, collaborate with field sales, and build stakeholder maps to identify decision makers. A background in gas/chem or related sales, SAP/Salesforce, and Excel skills are preferred; Dutch native or C2 and English at least B1.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of sales/commercial experience in gas industry or related manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of account management by phone / outbound calls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Affinity with engineering/gas industry and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Salesforce and MS Excel skills are desirable.
• Dutch native or at least C2; English level B1 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• You will deliver revenue and profit targets through development of volume, pricing, contract and cost-to-serve management.
• You will manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability based on value drivers.
• Document business development and account management in Connect CRM per defined rules.
• Collaborate structurally with field sales across customer segments.
• Build stakeholder maps to identify roles and decision makers in the sales process.
• Plan, schedule and conduct outbound calls and engage internal resources as needed.
