CB Talents SP is seeking Technical Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon. Support a leading search engine project and assist users with various technical queries.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, Italian, German or Dutch and will provide friendly and solution-oriented support. We offer structured compensation including a base salary of 1,100€ 14 times a year, plus bonuses for performance and attendance.

Qualificações

• Fluency in either French, Italian, German, or Dutch (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine empathy for the user experience.
• Comfortable with change, open to continuous feedback, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

What You Will Do

• Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
• Provide clear, friendly, and solution‑oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
• Navigate a fast‑paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week
