CB Talents SP is hiring Technical Customer Service Representatives to support a leading Search Engine project in Lisbon. The role involves assisting users with technical queries and providing friendly support via chat, email, or phone.

Candidates should be fluent in French, Italian, German, or Dutch, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn. The compensation package includes a competitive salary and performance bonuses, with a flexible work schedule.

What You Will Do

• Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
• Provide clear, friendly, and solution‑oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
• Navigate a fast‑paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week
