CB Talents SP is seeking enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Lisbon. This role involves assisting users with technical queries related to a leading Search Engine platform and providing friendly support through various channels.

The ideal candidates should be fluent in French, Italian, German, or Dutch, possess strong communication skills, and be open to continuous learning and feedback. A structured compensation package is offered, including a base salary of 1,100€ and various bonuses.

Qualificações

What You Will Do

• Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform.
• Provide clear, friendly, and solution‑oriented support via chat, email, or phone.
• Navigate a fast‑paced environment, actively implementing feedback to level up your skills.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Days Off: 2 Rotational days off per week
