Nordic Jobs Worldwide in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Social Media Support Specialist to join our client's team. You will benefit from fully supported relocation, ongoing training, and a vibrant multicultural environment.

You will support users with questions about their social media accounts, resolve issues via chat, email and phone, and help users navigate platform policies with a professional, empathetic approach.

Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch with fluent English (C1)
• Willingness to work in Lisbon, Portugal
• EU citizenship or valid work visa
• Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Support users with questions about their social media accounts, platform features, and account settings.
• Investigate and resolve account-related issues through chat, email, and phone.
• Help users navigate platform policies and provide guidance on available tools and features.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update user records.
• Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure a timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to educate users on platform features and best practices.
