KultureTalent - Global Talent is hiring a Dutch Service Desk Representative to work fully remote from Braga, Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries in Dutch and English, troubleshoot using automotive and digital product knowledge, and document interactions in the CRM system.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1+) and English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Document interactions, resolutions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
