Responsabilidades

• Assess audits via data analysis.
• Monitor CSR performance daily by reviewing and evaluating calls.
• Attend meetings with client supervisors and team managers to discuss outputs of monitoring.
• Report script problems or questions to appropriate areas.
• Assist clients in monitoring specific programs as needed.
• Communicate program changes to supervisors and CSR actions for performance appraisal.
• Develop and execute a monthly call monitoring plan.
• Provide information for the Monthly Quality Report.
• Provide feedback to training on issues arising from monitoring.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align scoring with peers.
