CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Customer Support Agent to join our international team. You will handle case management and connected services for Dutch- and English-speaking customers, delivering accurate solutions and ensuring smooth operations.

This on-site role requires fluency in Dutch and English, a readiness for rotational shifts (07:00–22:00), and a Lisbon-based presence with relocation not provided.

Compensation: €1,400 gross/month base salary + up to €100/month performance bonus
