Rec Mrc in Portugal is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Professionals to deliver high-quality support for international brands remotely from Continental Portugal. You will engage customers via multiple channels, resolve inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping in internal systems.

Ideal candidates are native Dutch speakers with strong English, excellent communication, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch language at C1/C2 level.
• Good command of English (B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional, friendly support to customers via phone, email, and chat with accurate documentation.
• Deliver a seamless customer journey by understanding needs and resolving requests promptly.
• Handle post-sales queries including orders, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Support inbound sales by identifying needs and suggesting products/services.
• Process requests, update orders, and manage customer records with confidentiality.
• Meet KPIs and quality standards while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain high data accuracy and ensure proper CRM usage.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
