Job summary

bol.com is hiring a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to work fully remotely from Portugal. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers for a leading e-commerce platform, delivering friendly and accurate service from home.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, paid training, and private health insurance from day one. Relocation support including flight, airport pickup and help with local paperwork is available for candidates moving to Portugal.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Highlights

Compensation

Without company accommodation:

• €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including:
• €1,055 base salary
• Holiday & Christmas allowances
• €154 meal allowance
• €50 productivity bonus

With company accommodation:

• €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit
