bol.com is recruiting for a Dutch-speaking customer support role, fully remote from Portugal. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers across channels, contributing to a smooth shopping experience and high satisfaction.
The position offers 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, paid training, and relocation support for moving to Portugal, plus private health insurance from day one.
Qualificações
- Fluent or native Dutch speaker.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Willing to work full-time with rotating shifts.
- EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence/work authorization.

Join the customer support team for bol.com, one of the best-known e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands and Belgium, while working fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal.
Candidates currently outside Portugal are also welcome — relocation support is available.
- 100% remote within Portugal
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts
- Paid training
- Private health insurance from the start of employment
- Relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal, including flight support, airport pickup and assistance with local paperwork
Without company accommodation:
- €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including:
- €1,055 base salary
- Holiday & Christmas allowances
- €154 meal allowance
- €50 productivity bonus
With company accommodation:
- €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit
- Fluent/native-level Dutch
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
- EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
