Job summary

bol.com is looking for a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to work fully remotely from Portugal, assisting customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

This full-time position (40 hours/week) features rotating shifts, paid training, and private health insurance from day one.

EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal is required. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Portugal, including flight support and help with local paperwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Available for full-time work and rotating shifts.
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dutch-language customer support to NL/BE customers.
• Resolve inquiries, assist with product usage, and guide customers to solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while working rotating shifts.

Compensation

Without company accommodation

• €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including:
• €1,055 base salary
• Holiday & Christmas allowances

• €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit
