bol.com is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to work fully remotely from Portugal. You will assist Dutch and Belgian customers, resolving inquiries and processing orders in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The role offers 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, paid training, and private health insurance from day one. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Portugal, including flight assistance and help with local paperwork.

Formación

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Available for full-time work with rotating shifts.
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Dutch-speaking customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve inquiries, process orders, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Log issues and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth service.

Job Highlights

Compensation

Without company accommodation:

• €1,434.82 gross cash/month, including:
• €1,055 base salary
• Holiday & Christmas allowances
• €154 meal allowance
• €50 productivity bonus

With company accommodation:

• €1,109.32 gross cash/month + company accommodation benefit

Requirements
