Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a Dutch Operations Customer Expert to support Bol.com customers remotely. You will assist shoppers with orders, deliveries, payments, and product questions by phone and email, delivering friendly, top‑tier solutions.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours (part-time or full-time), a competitive monthly gross salary up to €1,434.82 for full-time, plus onboarding, health insurance, meal allowance and performance bonuses.

What You'll Do
